Sonia joined Sriharans Solicitors in 2023 and specialises in both Residential and Commercial Property. She provides a tailor made and bespoke legal service to her clients ranging from first-time buyers to investor companies with large property portfolios. Sonia was admitted as a Solicitor in 2022 and has over 3 years of experience working in the Property Conveyancing sector. She has extensive experience in all forms of conveyancing including right to buy, re-mortgages, unregistered land and leasehold and freehold sale and purchases.
Sonia excels in ensuring that the property process is as efficient and stress free as possible whilst not compromising on the high quality of work she delivers. She focuses on speed and customer service and prioritises updating her clients throughout the transaction to keep the clients informed throughout the process with her calm yet pro-active approach.
Qualifications:
- 2015-2018 Law degree (LLB Hons) – The City Law School, City University
- 2018-2019 LPC – University of Law
- 2022 Qualified as a Solicitor.
